Shipping, Returns & Replacement Policy

At The Pink Foundry, we strive to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

Shipping Policy

Delivery Timelines

  • Most orders are delivered within 3–5 business days after order confirmation.
  • Orders are usually dispatched within 24–48 hours of successful order placement.
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier partner operations.

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation via SMS, Whatsapp and/or email. Tracking details will be shared once the order is shipped.

Shipping Charges

  • ₹70 shipping fee for prepaid orders below ₹399 (non-refundable)
  • ₹49 COD handling fee applicable on all Cash on Delivery orders above Rs. 399. Orders below Rs. 399 will have only prepaid mode of payment. (non-refundable)

International Orders

Currently, we only ship within India. However, most international credit and debit cards are accepted for payment.

Order Tracking

You can track your order anytime by visiting the “My Orders” section in your account.

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via Whatsapp/SMS/Email to monitor your shipment in real time through our courier partner’s website.

Delivery Exceptions

If our courier partner is unable to deliver your order, additional delivery attempts may be made.

In cases where the order remains undelivered after multiple attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse and eligible prepaid orders will be refunded after verification.

Returns, Replacements & Refunds Policy

Return Eligibility

We accept return or replacement requests only under the following circumstances:

  • Damaged product received
  • Leaked product received
  • Missing item(s) in the package
  • Incorrect product delivered

All requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

To initiate a request:

  • Log in to your account and select “Return” under your order details, or
  • Email us at info@thepinkfoundry.com with:
    • Order ID
    • Clear images/videos of the issue
    • Invoice copy

Important:

For complaints related to:

  • Leakage
  • Missing products
  • Incorrect items received

an unboxing video is mandatory for investigation and resolution purposes.

Non-Returnable Cases

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Used or opened products
  • Products purchased via COD
  • Product unsuitability or allergic reactions
  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer
  • Promotional/freebie products

We strongly recommend conducting a patch test before using any skincare product.

If you placed an incorrect order, please notify us within 2 hours of placing the order for cancellation support.

Replacement Policy

After verification of the issue reported, we may offer:

  • A replacement product, or
  • A store credit/coupon code
  • Or refund depending on the nature of the case.

Replacement approvals are subject to internal quality checks and validation.

Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only for eligible prepaid orders.

Once the returned product reaches our warehouse and passes quality inspection, refunds will be initiated to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please Note:

  • Refunds are not applicable for COD orders.
  • Shipping and COD handling charges are non-refundable.
  • If a promo code or discount was applied, only the final paid amount will be refunded.

Promotional Offers

  • Freebie offers are not applicable on:
    • New launches
    • Mini products
    • Combos
  • Multiple offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

Damaged or Tampered Packages

If your package appears tampered, opened, or damaged at the time of delivery, please refuse delivery immediately and notify us at info@thepinkfoundry.com within 48 hours.

Requests raised beyond 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for resolution.

COD Orders Disclaimer

Please verify the invoice amount before making payment to the delivery agent.

We are not responsible for:

  • Any excess payment made to delivery personnel
  • Any balance amount not collected during COD transactions
  • Unauthorized charges demanded beyond the invoice value

Order Cancellation

In rare situations, we may cancel an order due to:

  • Product being out of stock
  • Product damage during transit
  • Operational or logistics limitations

Eligible prepaid amounts will be refunded to the original payment method.
